Are attendees required to wear masks or face coverings?

As we introduce the return of live events and gatherings, we continue to prioritize the health and safety of all guests, performers, staff and crew. Guests will still be asked to enjoy the show from their socially-distanced reserved seating pods, keeping the aisles clear.

Please visit thelotatzidellyards.com to learn more about the venue.

Will there be fireworks at the 2021 Festival?

We know the show is always a highlight of the festival! We currently don’t have plans to produce a 4th of July fireworks show this year in conjunction with the Blues Fest. With safety as our top priority, we are mindful that the fireworks show often draws large crowds beyond the festival, so we want to mitigate any unintended gatherings that could be associated with the fireworks show. Hopefully, we’ll be back in action in 2022!

What is the plan for Waterfront Blues Festival 2022?

We’re excited to share this new version of the festival with you for 2021, but we miss Waterfront Park too! We hope to return to a more familiar format in Tom McCall Waterfront Park as soon as it’s safe.

No, re-entry is prohibited.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, but please note that the ticket booth will close 30 minutes after the show’s start time. There will be no refunds for missed events.

Are children and minors allowed?

Great question! And due to current OHA guidelines, the answer is a little complicated. All of the shows are all ages unless otherwise noted.* Children over the age of one-year-old need a seat in your pod and count towards your pod’s capacity. Newborns/infants (under one-year-old) that can remain on the lap for the duration of the show do not count towards your pod’s capacity. However, please note current OHA guidelines for counties in low risk do not allow for a group size that exceeds 8 people, including infants. Thus, if you are booking a 6 person pod, you may only add two newborns/infants towards your pod’s capacity. Please also note that we require that children stay within the pod parameters during the show.

  • Scenario One- A family with two adults and two children over the age of one-year-old would need a 4-person pod.
  • Scenario Two- A family with two adults, two children over the age of one-year-old and one child under the age of one-year old would need a 4-person pod.
  • Scenario Three- A group with five adults and two children under the age of one-year old would be allowed in a 6-person pod.
Are animals allowed in the venue?
Service animals are welcomed at the venue, however, pets are not allowed.
Can I customize or decorate my pod?

Adjusting the placement of your chair within your pod for premium viewing is acceptable. Chairs must stay within their pod. Altering, attaching anything to or removing anything from your pod and fencing is prohibited.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Attendees may enter with factory-sealed water bottles and an empty reusable water bottle.

Will there be food for sale?

There will be a variety of food and snack options available for purchase including gluten-free and vegetarian options. Credit card sales only. Eating and drinking is allowed only in your seating pod, per OHA guidelines.

Will there be alcohol for sale?

Yes, there will be beer and wine available for purchase. A valid, acceptable ID is required for all alcohol purchases. Credit card sales only. Eating and drinking is allowed only in your seating pod, per OHA guidelines.

Will there be water bottle refilling stations?

There will be an on-site water bottle refilling station.

TICKETING INFORMATION

What’s the difference between VIP and GA?

There are two types of tickets, VIP and GA, for Waterfront Blues Festival “Upriver” 2021. VIP pods are the first few rows of the venue and your closest view of the stage. GA pods will begin after the VIP section. The difference between VIP and GA pods is the proximity to the stage.

We have three different pod sizes:

  • 2 Person Pods – 4’ x 8’ – holds up to two people and includes two chairs and a small side table
  • 4 Person Pods – 8’ x 8’ – holds up to four people and includes four chairs and a small side table
  • 6 Person Pods – 8’ x 12’ – holds up to six people and includes six chairs and a small side table
I bought a ticket from a third party. Is the ticket legitimate?

We don’t recommend buying tickets from a third party. Each ticket has one unique barcode scan upon entrance. If the ticket has been scanned and you’re unable to verify proof of purchase through a Ticket Tomato account, valid ID, or pod Captain, the ticket will not be accepted upon entrance.

How do I give my seating pod members their ticket?

Ticket Tomato considers the purchaser of the pod a pod Captain. Upon purchasing through Ticket Tomato the pod Captain will be emailed individual tickets associated with your pod number. Each ticket has its own unique barcode to be scanned upon entrance. The pod Captain will distribute the individual tickets to the pod attendees. We encourage all attendees to have their tickets digitally saved on their digital devices.

I have more questions about tickets and the 2020 refund. Who do I contact?

If you have additional questions, please call Ticket Tomato at 1-800-820-9884 between 10 am – 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
